The following terms govern your use of the kash88 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kash88 ("kash88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at kash88.pro (the "Platform"). To register and use a kash88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Clause 2.1 — Age
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the kash88 Platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification. kash88 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
Clause 2.2 — Single Account
One Account Per Person
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the kash88 Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, kash88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Clause 2.3 — Accurate Information
Truthful Registration Details
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or payment account details, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
Clause 2.4 — Not a Restricted Person
Prohibition on Certain Players
You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of a kash88 employee or contractor. You must not be a professional player exploiting known technical vulnerabilities. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently active on your account.
Registration on kash88 is free of charge. To create an account, you must supply a valid mobile number or email address, choose a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 above.
kash88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. At any time — particularly before processing a first withdrawal — kash88 may require you to submit one or more of the following identity documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by kash88 may result in account suspension and the temporary freezing of withdrawal requests.
Your account credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. kash88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kash88 support immediately.
kash88 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kash88 does not currently support credit card transactions or international wire transfers.
Clause 4.1 — Deposits
Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000, subject to the limits of your chosen payment method. Deposits are credited to your kash88 account balance in real time under normal conditions. kash88 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's network. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.
Clause 4.2 — Withdrawals
Withdrawal Processing and Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. kash88 aims to process standard withdrawals within five minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete, if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if a withdrawal is flagged for additional security review. kash88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳25,000.
Clause 4.3 — Currency and Fees
Transaction Currency and Charges
All balances, bets, and transactions on the kash88 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kash88 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own service charges, for which kash88 accepts no liability. Players are encouraged to review their payment provider's current fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
kash88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply to all kash88 promotions unless otherwise stated:
Clause 5.1 — Wagering Requirements
Rollover Before Withdrawal
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement on kash88 bonus funds is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering on bets with odds below 1.50 (in decimal format) does not count towards the rollover requirement for sports betting bonuses.
Clause 5.2 — Bonus Eligibility
One Bonus Per Player
Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per promotional period, unless the promotion's own terms state otherwise. Players who attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts, proxy services, or other circumvention methods will have all bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed for closure.
Clause 5.3 — Bonus Expiry
Time Limits on Bonus Funds
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. kash88 is not obliged to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is claimed.
All games available on the kash88 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with the rules published by the respective game provider or sports trading team. In the event of any dispute about the outcome of a game or bet, the records held in kash88's systems constitute the primary evidence of what occurred, provided those records are consistent and complete.
Clause 6.1 — Sports Betting
Bet Settlement and Voided Bets
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). kash88 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds has occurred, where a match has been abandoned without a result being reached under applicable competition rules, or where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at stake value.
Clause 6.2 — Casino Games
RNG and Return-to-Player
All casino games on kash88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in the relevant game's information panel. kash88 does not modify RTP settings beyond those supplied by the provider.
Clause 6.3 — Prohibited Conduct
Abuse, Cheating, and Exploitation
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kash88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with casino games.
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain.
- Collusion with other players in poker or live casino games.
- Bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent.
- Any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to cycle funds through deposits and withdrawals without genuine gambling activity.

21+ Age Policy — Strictly Enforced
No person under the age of 21 may hold an account or place any bet on kash88. Players who reach the age of 21 during an existing account suspension period must contact support to verify their eligibility before the account is reinstated.
Deposit Limits Available to All Players
Every kash88 account holder may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
Self-Exclusion and Time-Out

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kash88 content without prior written authorisation from kash88. Scraping, data-mining, or automated collection of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of kash88 intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kash88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
kash88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kash88 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kash88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or connectivity issues outside kash88's direct control — including failures of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay payment infrastructure — shall not constitute a breach of these Terms by kash88.
The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by kash88 is governed by the kash88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kash88 uses SSL encryption across all data transmission between your device and kash88 servers to protect your personal and financial information.
kash88 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners as necessary to operate the Platform safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
kash88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Use of prohibited software or circumvention tools.
- Self-exclusion request by the account holder.
- Any behaviour deemed harmful to other players or to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon termination for cause, kash88 may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's nominated payment method. These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kash88 Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting kash88 support at [email protected].
kash88 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, kash88 may at its discretion refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process. kash88 makes no representations about the enforceability of these Terms in any particular jurisdiction; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your country of residence.
Clause 13.1 — Entire Agreement
Complete Agreement Between the Parties
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kash88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
Clause 13.2 — Severability
Invalid Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Clause 13.3 — No Waiver
Failure to Enforce Is Not a Waiver
kash88's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. kash88 retains the right to enforce any provision at any future time.
Clause 13.4 — Language
English Language Governs
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English-language version shall prevail.
You Must Be 21 or Older
No exceptions. kash88 enforces the 21+ age restriction with identity verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Underage players will have their accounts closed and deposits returned.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted exactly one kash88 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and bonuses forfeited without appeal.
Your Payment Account, Your Deposits
Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are prohibited. Withdrawals are returned to the same account used for deposits.
Bonus Funds Have Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they can be withdrawn. Bonus abuse — including low-risk wagering solely to meet rollover — will result in bonus forfeiture.
No Bots or Automated Tools
The use of automated betting software, scripts, or bots on the kash88 Platform is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and the forfeiture of all balances.
